At Gym Empire Sports Wear, we value customer satisfaction and understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. This policy outlines the processes we have implemented to facilitate these returns.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as socks, underwear, or swimwear. Items on sale or discounted are also not eligible for return.
Exchanges and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition, unused, and with tags still attached. After receiving the returned product, you will have the option to exchange the item or receive a refund. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
We use the Prolink pack app to issue shipping labels for the entire Europe. When you initiate a return, we will provide a shipping label that you can use to send the item back to us.
